We let and manage furnished and unfurnished flats and houses throughout the North Durham Area. Please click on properties to view current properties available.

• All of our managed properties are CORGI gas safety certificated, and inspected for electrical safety, and furniture fire safety.
• All Tenancy Deposits are placed with DPS and you will receive an ID number showing where your deposit is.

We have a policy stating that: These are our houses, but they are your home.
